Makes 17 cookies

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 3 tbsp whole milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to @ 375°
  2. Generously grease 2.5 inch muffin pan cups
  3. Mix ¾ cup peanut butter, ½ cup vegetable oil, 1 ¼ cups sugar, 3 tablespoons milk, 1 egg, ¾ tsp salt, ¾ tsp baking soda
  4. Mix until well blended
  5. Form small balls of the batter
  6. Space 2 inches apart & add one M&M to each then put in the oven for 7 minutes
