Ingredients
- 2 medium eggs
- 200g (1 ½ cups) wheat flour (00)
Directions
- Place the flour in a bowl, add eggs, and beat with a fork.
- Work the mixture vigorously until the dough no longer sticks to your hands.
- Add more flour if necessary.
- Your dough is now ready to use for noodles, ravioli, or lasagna.
