VEAL SCALLOPINI WITH CREAM SAUCE (RAHM SCHNITZEL)
Ingredients
- 1 lb veal
- 1 small white onion chopped
- ginger
- sour cream
- all-purpose flour
- kosher salt
Directions
- Pound veal well
- Season with salt and ginger
- Sautee onion with veal in pan on high heat, turn until browned on both sides
- Remove meat and add small amount of water and scrape pan
- Add 2 tablespoons of sour cream and mix well
- Add meat
- Let come to a boil and service immediately
