Ingredients

  • 1 cup swiss cheese shredded
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup canned salmon (flaked)
  • 1/4 cup white onion chopped
  • Dill
  • 8” pastry shell
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • Kosher Salt
  • Pepper
  • Nutmeg

Directions

  1. Sauté onion in butter until tender
  2. Add; Salmon, Dill
  3. Toss slightly; Milk, Eggs, Flour, Salt, Pepper, Nutmeg
  4. Pour into pastry shell
  5. Bake at 400f for 35 to 40 minutes
