  • 1 lb veal
  • 1 small white onion chopped
  • ginger
  • sour cream
  • all-purpose flour
  • kosher salt


  1. Pound veal well
  2. Season with salt and ginger
  3. Sautee onion with veal in pan on high heat, turn until browned on both sides
  4. Remove meat and add small amount of water and scrape pan
  5. Add 2 tablespoons of sour cream and mix well
  6. Add meat
  7. Let come to a boil and service immediately
