SWISS CHEESE QUICHE
Ingredients
- 1 cup swiss cheese shredded
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup canned salmon (flaked)
- 1/4 cup white onion chopped
- Dill
- 8” pastry shell
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- Kosher Salt
- Pepper
- Nutmeg
Directions
- Sauté onion in butter until tender
- Add; Salmon, Dill
- Toss slightly; Milk, Eggs, Flour, Salt, Pepper, Nutmeg
- Pour into pastry shell
- Bake at 400f for 35 to 40 minutes
