  • Use a piece of soup meat (short ribs or flank), a soup chicken and giblets
  • Add a few celery stalks
  • 1 onion diced
  • 3 or 4 carrots diced


  1. Combine all of the above ingredients and cook slow
  2. Strain
  3. Leave overnight in fridge in order to remove the fat
  4. Serve with fine noodles or matzoh balls.
  5. Stock can be frozen
